We arrive in Venice after saying goodbye to Melanie and Steve. Again fearing the worst, we were pleased to find that the floodwaters had subsided and we would not have to swim to our hotel.
Running in Venice is a lot of fun. No cars, just narrow alleys that twist and turn every which way...
but, we also felt like rats in a maze, as we hit several dead-ends.
